BAGHDADDIES HISTORY
Formed in 1996 and hailing from Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Baghdaddies
have played
their anarchic mélange of traditional European and World musical styles of
all eras at many major events and festivals, appearing on radio and TV
throughout Europe.
In 2006, Baghdaddies celebrated their 10th anniversary with the release of
their 4th and possibly most unique album to date "KATCHYAZAFTA". Their
popularity has grown to massive proportions over the last decade. Last year
saw such heavy demand that their tour schedule kept them on the road for 9
months performing at venues and festivals not only around the UK but also in
Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
